We are hiring for a Lead QA Engineer to work with our loyalty platform team. We are a small team with highly skilled individuals that work together to solve problems quickly. Location
Responsibilities:
- Leads the initiative to build quality into the SDLC using best practices and tools
- Responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining test artifacts such as test plans, scripts, and test data
- Leads effort to establish test systems and test metrics
- Creates and optimizes test processes including defect management and reporting
- Creates a test strategy that includes automation across the application framework
- Ensures alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders
- Manages test execution and assists with resolving any issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in a lead QA/team role
- 5+ years Quality Assurance experience
- Must have prior experience with industry leading test tools
- Must be comfortable writing test plans and test cases
- Prior automation experience preferred

We are hiring a talented Quality Assurance technician to join our team. In this position you will help to ensure that the final product meets both the company’s and the customers expectations. You will support the customers software remotely from our Glendale office.
Location
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues – identify, isolate, and track software issues throughout testing
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Ensure products meet customer expectations
- Guide customers to solutions to optimize the customer experience
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Create and maintain written instruction reference manuals for to support customer software
- Work closely with the development team to improve new and existing features
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production software
- Support customer product remotely – new installations and diagnosing/fixing issues
Qualifications:
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and intuitive problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent attributes
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to articulate detailed technical concepts
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule on call M-F 8AM to 8PM (PST)
- College degree preferred but not required
- 2 years of work experience as part of a team

Software Developer

- Maintenance of systems and networks supporting cash processing and other related services
- Enhancement of systems and networks to meet current and future needs by integrating the most up to dates technologies
- Evaluation of reporting formats, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration
- Monitor functionality of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering with 1 year of prior experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering and 5 years of experience

- Ensure that systems and databases supporting cash processing systems and other related services are maintained and enhanced to meet current and future needs by integrating current technologies
- Evaluate factors such as required reporting formats, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration
- Monitor storage and retrieval of data to the database
